The Trimley Estate has submitted an application for a new sustainable residential development on land to the south of Howlett Way, Trimley St Martin.

This website aims to give local residents more information about the application and how you can comment on plans.

The proposals bring forward up to 340 new homes, which are likely to be built out over around 3-5 years, and include open space, play equipment and a new Early Years Centre for nursery education.

You’ll find key planning documents here and the full application pack is available on East Suffolk Council’s website - application number DC/20/1860/OUT.
